Krysalid was built in 2006 by Auriga Yachts in Brittany France as concept for a fast ocean racer/cruiser trimaran. She was launched without any interior built up. After the yacht went into bankruptcy she was bought out of bankruptcy by the first owner and then sold to the chairman of the multihull association in France who made her available for competitive racing of the west coast of Brittany.

She entered the single-handed Route due Rhum regatta across the Atlantic but had to retire due to a broken auto-pilot.
Subsequently, the present owner brought her to Asia and renamed her Tantrum Too for both cruising and racing in the longer distance races. (see her latest trophy’s as per specs). She was refitted in 2016 with a new dynema rig, carbon deck fittings, carbon rudder, Karverfurlers, B&G racing instruments as well as a new racing sail inventory (see specs) from North. Her hull was repainted grey and orange.

The present owner has raced her in the Asian regatta scene, as well as cruised her in the Thailand, Indonesian, Malaysian waters.
